3 Account Management

3.1 Security & Confidentiality

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bgt55 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

For deposits on bgt55, we currently support three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. You may use bKash, Nagad, or Rocket for withdrawals — however, it is recommended to use the same method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, bgt55 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal for additional verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bgt55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, bringing your total balance to ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

bgt55 may announce various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer. The general rules are:

• Each promotional offer is valid within a specific time period.
